Mindfulness is bringing more attention to the present moment and this class will begin with a unique practice to sync mind and body through the breath. We collect and connect our attention and intention to the here and now thoroughly engaging mind, heart body and breath in the present moment.
This class will work with simple and basic asana (postures) of Yoga but with a depth and focus which is all about breath and deepening awareness into our postures with calm steady quietness. The juxtaposition of dynamic flow and the silent steady stillness allows the body and mind to move through yin and yang energies to find balance.
There will be time at the end to explore the postures in our own bodies in a clinic chat. I always find I love to chat and give feedback after a class so this is just a bit of time at the end to explore more deeply the questions which may emerge in you after the practice.

Suitable for those practicing Yoga for about 6 months with a basic knowledge of Vinyasa, Hatha and the basic asana of yoga.
