Mindfulness is bringing more attention to the present moment and these classes begin with a unique practice to sync body and body through the breath.
Our focus is to collect and connect our attention and intention to the here and now thoroughly engaging mind, heart body and breath in the present moment.
The Yogasonics class will work with simple and basic asana (postures) of Yoga but with a depth and focus which is all about breath and deepening awareness into our postures with calm steady quietness. The juxtaposition of dynamic flow and the silent steady stillness allows the body and mind to move through yin and yang energies to find balance.
The classes have an exploratory nature and work with physical, emotional , spiritual and mental elements of our existence so that we can come to 'know' ourselves more deeply from within.
