I run through a flow of Earth, Water, Fire and Air to connect to the instrument of our body heart mind system.
Suitable for those who want to explore the somatic sensations and vibrations in their bones, fluids and feelings. Breathing with the Beat is a fun and yet deep class, we work with music and rhythm to open a sense of rhythm and fun in the body. The power of the class is in the flow of the elements from the earth of our bones and also the space and people around us. St. Patricks Gateway church is a powerful space to explore sounds and sensations!
